BARNETT, MO — The City of Barnett invites residents, visitors, and vendors to experience what’s happening in their growing community during a special Vendor Fair and “Where Pigs Fly” Car Show on Saturday, May 16, 2026, from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Car Show Pre-Registration is $15.00. Send Full Name; Phone; Email; and vehicle information to Dana Smith, 3112 Pleasant View Dr., High Ridge MO 63049. Check payable to “Dana Smith”.
The event features:
- A Vendor Fair (with vendor space still available)
- The “Where Pigs Fly” Car Show, open to all cars and trucks
- Trophies awarded for Kids’ Choice, Spectators’ Choice, and Judges’ Choice
- A 50/50 raffle, live auction, and food & refreshments
Car show participants may pre-register for $15 (or $20 the day of the event), with the first 20 entries receiving a dash plaque.

This family-friendly event will showcase soon new develop along the Rock Island Trail corridor, highlighting the city’s enthusiasm and vision for the future as development continues.
The Friends of Rock Island Trail State Park (FoRIT) will be on-site with an information table, sharing updates and opportunities related to the Rock Island Trail.
All proceeds from the vendor fair and car show will support the Rock Island Trail and Where Pigs Fly Farm in Linn, Missouri, helping advance community development and local initiatives.
“We are very excited for the future of Barnett and would love for everyone to come out and support our community,” said organizers.
